Born in Portugal
Note Some residents of Montenegro who were counted as foreigners or born abroad today were born in the former Yugoslavia (made up of the independent republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia). The reading of the corresponding values should be made considering this geopolitical change to the detriment of immigration.
The data from 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015 were revised by the UN and amended by OEm on 28/11/2022.
