The second workshop of the cycle "Emigration and return in Portugal" will take place on 6th November and will focus on emigration and return policies. This round table will have the participation of the researcher Filipa Pinho, the Executive Director of the Contact Point for the Return of the Emigrant/ Return Programme, Joaquim Moura, the Director of Guidance and Placement Services, Department of Employment/IEFP, I.P, Luísa Paula Bastos, and the Regional Director of Porto/Directorate General of Consular Affairs and Portuguese Communities, Jorge Oliveira.
