Note on the formatting criteria of the numbers The Anglo-Saxon formatting of numbers is used on this site and in the publications of the Observatory. In this way, thousands are separated by commas (##, ###, ###) and decimal digits by dots (##. #). This facilitates the international consultation of the Observatory's website and publications, and avoids inconsistencies with the most used statistical sources in this field. However, in all Excel documents available for download, the format of the numbers will be the one that the user has as default. 

In the tables, the unavailable or non-significant data, as well as situations in which the concerned measure is non-applicable, are marked with two consecutive points [..].
